A Beautiful Spring Celebration in the Heart of Shropshire
On 1st April 2026, Katie and James celebrated their marriage with a beautiful spring wedding at Stanford Farm, surrounded by family, friends, and the charming countryside of Shropshire.
The couple exchanged their vows in our lovingly restored Stables, where a heartfelt ceremony was conducted by the Shropshire Registrars. The rustic character of the venue provided the perfect backdrop for this special moment, while live music from the talented Jordan Brown added an extra layer of emotion and atmosphere as guests gathered to witness the start of Katie and James's new chapter together.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a relaxed and flavour-filled wedding breakfast courtesy of Stuffed Anyway You Like. The catering team served a delicious selection of pulled pork, slow-cooked beef brisket, and jerk chicken, offering something for everyone and creating a wonderfully informal dining experience that perfectly suited the couple's style.
As the celebrations continued into the evening, guests were treated to freshly made pizzas from Nelsons Pizza, a popular choice that kept everyone fuelled for the festivities ahead.
Entertainment throughout the evening was provided by DJT, who ensured the dance floor remained busy well into the night. From favourite classics to modern hits, the music brought together guests of all ages and created a fantastic party atmosphere to round off a memorable day.
