Charlotte and Zach’s Romantic Wedding at Stanford Farm
A Springtime Celebration to Remember
On Saturday, 26 April 2025, Charlotte and Zach tied the knot in a heart-warming celebration set against the idyllic backdrop of Stanford Farm in Shropshire. Bathed in warm, dry weather with cheerful sunny spells, their wedding embraced the full charm of romantic spring pastels and an abundance of flowers, creating a dreamlike setting that delighted all in attendance.
The festivities began the night before, as guests gathered for an early celebration. Pro Roasts served up a mouth-watering BBQ feast, setting the tone for the weekend with delicious food and relaxed vibes. The couple had thoughtfully transformed the camping field into a stylish glamping village, complete with bell tents from Bellows Glamping and Events, offering a cosy and whimsical overnight stay for their guests.
On the big day, Carol from Ophelia Jones worked her magic decorating The Stables and The Cow House. Her styling was nothing short of exquisite—spring pastel blooms in dainty glass vases, flickering candles, and elegant place settings added a soft, romantic glow to the celebrations. The atmosphere was intimate yet joyful, a perfect reflection of the couple’s vision.
Guests enjoyed a delicious meal courtesy of Luca’s Events, who crafted beautifully presented sharing boards for starters, followed by a two-course feast. As the sun dipped lower in the sky, the vibe shifted effortlessly from refined dining to fun and festive as The Street Food Group and The Wedding Pizza Company served up irresistible Neapolitan-style pizzas for the evening crowd.
Entertainment was a true highlight of the day. In the afternoon, an acoustic set performed by a singer from the evening band added a relaxed, soulful note to the outdoor setting. When night fell, the celebration turned up a notch with the incredible six-piece New Power Soul Club band playing two high-energy sets before spinning tracks as DJs well into the early hours.
Amid all the laughter and dancing, there were some truly personal touches that made the day even more special. One particularly charming and unique detail was the vintage telephone guest book, which allowed loved ones to leave heartfelt (and often hilarious) voice messages for the bride and groom — a keepsake they’ll cherish forever.
The wedding weekend concluded on a high note on Sunday morning, as the Cegin Cegidfa Food Truck served hot drinks and breakfast sandwiches to sleepy but happy guests, offering a delicious and thoughtful send-off to a weekend none would forget.
Charlotte and Zach’s wedding was not only a joyful celebration of love but a carefully curated experience filled with beauty, flavour, music, and meaningful moments. A truly unforgettable spring wedding.
