Maddy and Louis’ Lakeside Wedding at Stanford Farm
A sunny summer celebration with family touches, grazing boards and plenty of music
Maddy and Louis celebrated their wedding at Stanford Farm in Shropshire on 29th July 2026, enjoying warm sunshine for their relaxed summer wedding.
The couple chose our beautiful Lakeside for their ceremony, which was made particularly special as it was conducted by Andy, Maddy’s father – a lovely personal touch for such an important moment.
Music played a big part in the celebrations, with family friend Martin Paul – "Fingers the DJ" from Sound International providing the daytime music before returning to keep everyone entertained into the evening.
Guests enjoyed delicious grazing boards from “TJ’s Cater To You”, perfectly suited to the relaxed feel of the day.
At 6pm, Maddy and Louis cut their wedding cake, which had another wonderful family connection – it had been lovingly made by Maddy’s mum.
With a sunny Lakeside ceremony, great food and family and friends playing such an important part in the celebrations, Maddy and Louis’ wedding was a wonderfully personal summer day at Stanford Farm.
